Born and raised in the Houston area, Carl has always has always excelled at finding new ways to train. He has a diverse background as a former collegi...ate swimmer, Olympic Trials competitor, Physique Competition 1st Prize Winner, and is currently training for more athlete competitions. Carl also has a background in nutrition and exercise science so a “fitness enthusiast” is an understatement. Outside of being a trainer at 9Round, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his swimmers, helping others with their fitness journey, or watching Anime! More
Hailey is a student at the University of Houston pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. She's also a member of the Rice Naval ROTC unit and wi...ll commission into the US Navy upon graduation from college. 9Round helps Hailey reach her fitness goals and gives her the opportunity to help others do the same! When Hailey is not training at 9Round, she can be found indulging in her studies, playing with her dogs, finding new places to hike, or in the gym throwing some weight around! More
Born and raised in Arkansas, Emily moved to Houston after marriage and found a new love for fitness with her husband. Being a former student athlete -... swimmer, she is no stranger to health and fitness! That love transitioned to 9Round after trying a workout and falling in love with the unique and fun workout. When she is not training at 9Round, you can find her spending time with her husband and new-born baby boy, painting, coaching her swimmers, or indulging in a great book or tv-show! More
