I absolutely love 9Round Kickboxing. I love the quick and efficient 30 minute workouts and the attention the trainers give each member. I have tried a lot of different types of fitness and kickboxing ... is by far the best way to get a high intensive cardio workout! The PulsePoint heart rate monitor worn during the workouts helps me to keep within my target heart rate. At 9round there are no class times so there’s a lot of flexibility to fit in a workout your busy life. The convenience of no class times is the #1 reason that I am able to be consistent with going to work out. Also I am the type of person who does best with a guided workout, so having a trainer availab... le right when I walk in the door with the workouts all pre-planned (and different every day) mean that I get to push my limits every single time. I have made more progress going to 9Round than any other gym or group fitness class for these reasons. The trainers are great, they make you feel like family when you arrive.
