Jeannie Win-Gardner is an experienced accounting professional with a passion for kickboxing fitness. After 10 years in a corporate setting, she decided to open 9Round Ballard and share her love of fitness with her community. Jeannie has completed over 20 half marathons, is a wife and mother to two amazing daughters, loves her dachshund Owie, is a music enthusiast, and loves attending Comic-Con.

Favorite Part of Training Katy loves to correct form and love seeing our community make improvements with their form.
Katy is a former corporate accountant turned kickboxing trainer! After her son was born, Katy was in need of a workout that got her moving and which fit in easily with her schedule. She loves the combination of strength and cardio as well as the encouraging community. Outside of the studio you can find Katy hanging out around Ballard with her family, skiing or hiking, traveling to new places, or at a game (Go HUSKIES!).

Favorite Part of Training Seeing the joy on people's faces when they work out. There is no better feeling than post-workout endorphins!
Ali has a deep love of fitness and long background in art and athletics. She earned scholarship playing basketball in college and got her BFA in illustration at the Academy of Art University. After graduation in 2015, she decided to travel abroad and ended up backpacking to over 22 countries! Ali first began kickboxing in 2023, when she was hired on to be a trainer. Since then, Ali has loved being a part of every member's health journey and working with them to reach their unique fitness goals. You can catch Trainer Ali out in all the Seattle live music venues on weekends, performing as the lead singer of her band, Terra Nobody!
