It is so much fun! The variety of exercises keeps things fresh and I love that we're always moving. And punching the hell out of a heavy bag is an amazing stress reliever. At regular gyms you might ... not get the equipment you want. You likely have to share the place with weirdos who check you out and go to the water fountain after every set. Yuck. But not at 9round! Everyone is too busy kicking ass to care what you're up to, except the trainers who definitely care in the best way possible. I've had fitness streaks before but I eventually get bored with treadmills and weights and fall off after a few months. Fun and inspirational trainers who often provide personalized workouts at the different stations. It is cool to hear "Punch it out" for the last 30 or have a trainer say "Instead of 1 do 3 then a burp... ee" or "Instead of shin kicks do jump kicks."
