We are now booking private group kickboxing workouts at 9Round Kickboxing! We offer an energizing and personalized fitness experience for small groups who want to train together in a fun, motivating environment. Led by expert 9Round trainers, each session combines cardio, strength training, and kickboxing techniques across the gym’s signature nine-round circuit. Participants enjoy one-on-one coaching and customized intensity levels. It’s an ideal option for friends, coworkers, or teams looking to bond while getting a high-powered, sweat-drenching workout in a supportive and private setting.
